Job Description for Service and Installation Technicians

  • All Employees should be able to repair and install residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment to the manufactures specifications to honor the manufactures warranties and all EPA standards.
  • Be able to repair, diagnose, and fix issues on hvac equipment with the correct parts in a neat and timely manner.
  • Be able to participate in company training when asked to do so.
  • Experienced employees will be on call on a rotating basis. When on call you will have to be able to run calls after hours, during nights and weekends, if needed by our customers.
  • Employees will learn to retro fit ductwork, by making their own sheet metal fittings, on system change outs and new construction homes and business.
  • We expect our employees to be on time to work, be able to pick up after themselves and leave the job site cleaner than they found it.
  • We also expect our employees to take care of the tools, equipment, and vehicles that are provide by cleaning them when needed, be able to report any mechanical issues to us, and let us know when regular maintenance is needed.
  • We require our employees to have a valid driver’s license, come to work with a clean appearance, and be well groomed. Employees need to be able to lift and carry 50 Lbs. or more and be able to work in small crawl spaces and tight attics if needed.
